Make a Donation

Monetary donations of any amount are truly appreciated. Witty Kitties, Inc. is a 501(c)(3) charitable organization, and all contributions are tax deductible. Please make checks payable to "Witty Kitties, Inc." and mail to 3133 Roberts Ferry Rd, Solon IA 52333. Or click the button below to use your credit card. If you wish to memorialize or honor a specific individual or pet, you will be able to provide that information at the end of the check-out process.

Donations of food and clumping kitty litter are always welcome. If you have building supplies or material, we may be able to use them for various kitty structures (catwalks, cubbies, etc.) -- please contact us about our needs!

Sponsor a Witty Kitty

Can't adopt right now, but you've fallen in love with one of our kitties? Perhaps you could become a Witty Kitty Sponsor! A gift of $250 will provide food, shelter, and health care for one full year for the kitty of your choice. Your gift will be acknowledged on our website, unless you prefer otherwise. To sponsor by check, please use the address above. To sponsor by credit card, please click the button below. You will be able to specify the name of the cat you are sponsoring at the end of the check-out process.

In the happy event your kitty is adopted, or the sad event of its death, we'll contact you about transferring your sponsorship to another kitty.

Volunteer Your Time

Just want to hold and pet a kitty for a while? This is the place to do it! Do you enjoy grooming cats? Some of our kitties just LOVE being brushed, but there never seems to be enough time. Maybe you could help!

Want to burn some calories and do some serious cleaning? We have plenty of mops and buckets. Fold some laundry. Scoop some litter. Sweep one of the kitty rooms. Every little bit helps and is always appreciated.

Saturday mornings are the best time to just "drop in" -- otherwise please send us an email to arrange a time. Click on the Contact Us page for a map and personalized driving directions!

Wear a T-Shirt

Help spread the word about the Witty Kitties shelter by wearing a Witty Kitties tee! Short sleeve tee shirts are available in red, gray, sand, or light blue, in both youth (med & lg) and adult (sm, med, lg, x-lg, xx-lg) sizes. A donation of $15 for youth sizes or $20 for adults is suggested. SHIPPING IS ON US!! We're doing this the old-fashioned way... please click below to complete and print an order form. Adopt a Witty Kitty!

The best gift of all, and the one that keeps on giving, is to adopt one of our special needs kitties. Not only are you giving that animal the loving home he or she truly deserves, but you are freeing up space in the shelter for another kitty! It's a two-fer!
