Bless her heart, Daisy hung in there as long as she could at little more than 5 pounds, eating voraciously and generally just being a sweetheart.  We presume she had some kind of cancer, and she spent her final hour in Amy Holcomb's arms before Jenni helped her over the rainbow bridge on 09/09/14.

Biography:        Daisy waited for weeks and weeks in foster care at Waverly Pet Rescue for an opening at Witty Kitties.  When she finally arrived, she blended right in to her room full of boys, giving all of them a look, but then wandering around the room to find her very own spot.  She found the door to the outside enclosure almost immediately!  She's a little scarred in places, and has pretty bad teeth, but otherwise seems in good health and could even lose a pound or two!  We're all waiting to see if she picks out a special boyfriend, or if she's just going to play the field.  She loves being petted, and is a real talker -- sweet little meows, not very loud!  If you whisper sweet nothings to Daisy, you'll probably get a reply -- what could be better than that?
