Biography:         Billy is originally from Wisconsin and was super shy when he arrived.  He even brought his own "security blanket" with him -- a toy fish -- that is still around here somewhere.  But he really doesn't care where, because he doesn't need it anymore!  What a brave boy!  He's now very approachable and even seeks out attention.  What a difference a little time and attention will make!
