Witty Kitties: January, 2015 Biography: Ferdinand is a rescued stray who came to us all the way from the Kansas City area. He was a little bit scared when he first arrived -- he either hid under a chair or scampered into the outdoor enclosure when people entered the room. It took about a week for him to get comfortable with the routine. Now he just loves to have people around and stretches out for lots of stroking and tummy rubs. Ferdinand has the softest, cream colored fur -- it almost feels like bunny rabbit fur -- and beautiful blue eyes. All that makes up for the fact that he doesn't have a tail -- he's a Manx!
