Biography: Pax came to us from the Heartland Animal Hospital in Marion, IA. His original owners tried several different treatments for intermittent fecal incontinence with no success. He came to us on a special diet, which we gradually reduced and eliminated. He is now on regular food mixed with pumpkin and FortiFlora, which seems to be doing the job on his incontinence. Otherwise, Pax is just the cutest little orange kitten -- he loves running and jumping and playing. His best friend is He/She -- they are constantly chasing each other! We're hopeful that over the next few months, with dietary management, Pax's incontinence will totally go away, and we'll be able to list him as having "no special needs"! Update 12/11: Pax's bowel movements have returned to normal -- he's no longer special needs!
Special Needs: Irritable Bowel Syndrome
